Pulled into a stall to order drinks, the person answers and the says "SHUT UP" loud while playing around, I try to ignore it but I had to repeat each thing I wanted to order 3 times, all I wanted was 3 drinks and a shake, I finally get my order in and I say I'm done and I wait to pay because he wouldn't let us continue without saying the price that's on the screen twice. Disappointed. My friend ordered on the app. We got there, they brought out the right drinks, but the wrong food. When they brought out the mozzarella sticks, they took back the pretzel they'd brought us mistakenly and told us they had to throw it away. Of course, we said we'd keep it, but the carhop said he had to throw it out. We got back to where we were staying and only had 3 mozzarella sticks. They never fail to disappoint. My mozzarella sticks weren’t fresh. It’s like pulling teeth to get an extra marinara sauce. Just charge me then but bring my extra sauce. The employees don’t know Sonic’s secret menu. They messed up on my Purple O twice even when I told them how to make it. Seems like they all hate and annoyed with their job. I would score a little bit higher but this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. This is actually the 3rd time. 3 strikes, out!
