I've repeatedly had bad service at this location BUT I live in Alma so I do go now and again. For this visit I ordered on the app and my tea said it would be 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later to have to wait for my beverage. They weren't too busy but it's summertime and having managed multiple Sonic locations in the past I know how they can be. I don’t think I ever review places but this sonic which I go to often and usually get good service at was not on their game tonight. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it took me forever to find a stall that allowed us to check in, none of them worked. Then I find one that the screen works on and our order is brought. I make a note to our carhop about the screens and he was pretty dismissive. After he left I notice one of our drinks wasn’t correct. This Sonic has truly went down hill. Burgers are always cold. The cheese is never melted on the burgers.
