The spot I chose was not reading any of my cards for payment. So I was apologizing to the CarHop because I knew she would have to go back in and run my card, and she told me none of the ones that the customers use worked. So I don't know if they have that fixed or not. But it almost sounded like it had been that way for a hot minute. But my CarHop was super friendly and my shake was really good.
I've had two bad experiences in the past week at the Sonic in Alma, AR. Both times, they messed up my order, and when I called to speak with a manager, I was told that the only way to get my money back was to bring the receipt and the food back. Seriously? Is it really that hard to get a simple order right from their mobile app? Very disappointed in the service and handling of the situation. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Took them 20 minutes from when I ordered to get my food to me. Watched them give three different cars there food before me when I had arrived before them. This is not the first time it has happened and actually seems to happen every single time I use the mobile order app and stall. As you can see in the picture I had still not received my food by 11:20 when I had placed the order at 11:03. I understand the wait for hot and fresh but not 20 minutes when it wasn’t busy when I pulled up.
