Fast and friendly
From 11:18ish to 11:35 this morning (3-27-25), my family sat and waited for an answer on both lot and drive through for 15-20 minutes with no interaction after hitting the button twice and both times being canceled out. Yet at least 3 others either got their food or orders taken, 2 before us and 1 after we arrived. This poorly managed store has really gone down hill. For poor pay and what looks to be ONE person for carhop and Drive thru order taker today, Sonic really needs to do better. Hire more people or something.
Service is good except Sunday mornings, slow is not the correct word for how long it takes to get your order.
