I ordered 2 frito Chilli burritos, chili cheese pickle fries large. I ordered through the app. I get there and check in, I'm stuck waiting 10 min to even receive my food. When I receive it I got 2 Jr frito Chilli burritos and a medium pickle fry no Chilli or cheese. Super crappy service. It's only the 8th time I've went to this particular sonic. Every time they mess up the order over and over. Sad to say should be shutdown.
Poor customer service. Attempted to place an order via app for discounted burgers and drinks (feeding several and was after a budget friendly option), the app continued to fail. Tried ordering at the kiosk but they wouldn't honor the discounted pricing.
