The food is fine and consistent. The employees and managers are not consistent. They need to listen to the customers better. Listen to what your customer is ordering. If the problem is your headset, then buy new headsets. If you're talking too much to coworkers, then stop talking to your coworkers. The key word: listen.
I mean a milkshake is a milkshake but there's are the best. I'm bummed I can no longer get chocolate chip shakes but I'll live.
Waited 15 mins to order, thinking oh they must be busy not once in the 25 minutes I was there did I get to order? I pushed the button twice, So I pulled into the drive through to give them more of my time and willing to give them my money again. the manager rudely said they don’t have that drink and continued to ignore me on the intercom when I tried to reorder, I pulled forward to the front to ask them why are they being rude?
