I ordered food and it came with the Oreo ice cream not full and my shake came with stuff I asked to be removed in app, as well as my shae coming half melted and covered fully in sugar crystals instead of just a sprinkle on top it was so sweet I nearly threw up, the food was made well and the service was fast, I think they just rushed to make everything so they did it pretty sloppy and not right.
The absolute worst hands down
The lobby was really clean the manager Jamie was amazing !!!! I travel all the way from seagoville to this sonic because of how great the food and customer service are.
