Sonic just lost another customer from scummy business practices. I tried to put in an order online because I had a discount code for 25% off and couldn't checkout. I thought it was just a glitch or something until I realized I could go to checkout but only if I removed my discount code. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and suddenly I'm not allowed in my rewards account anymore. It's a crying shame when an employee cannot work in the area.Because the manager said , store has gone around telling lies , accused them of things . I'll because said employee left one store and went to the other.....
Is this Sonic’s VIP meal experience ? Every time I stop here (mostly Sundays morning on my way to bham Costco) I get the best meal ever. Guys @ the kitchen don’t play around when it comes to food allergies either, wife’s allergic to tomatoes and they ALWAYS got the order right (you guys would be surprised on how many people don’t know that ketchup or bbq sauce has tomatoes in it) The Drinks taste right, carbonation on point. Overall, very good!
