Had a mobile order for stall, checked in and had been waiting for a little. The screen updated and said thank you come again and I was like that’s weird bc I haven’t gotten my order. So I press red button to let them know I’m still out here incase someone else took my order or anything else happened. The girl had a very sorry attitude with me and basically told me to have some patience and she wasn’t focusing on me right now. Sad because I didn’t care about the wait at all.
Excellent Food and Service from Dennis here at Warrior Sonic. One of my Go-to places when in the area.
Waited 10 mins in stall #005 and had to hit the button 3x. I assume they just kept cutting it off, I would hear an initial sound - then the light would cut off. This happened 3 times. I don't care if you're busy, you should just tell me that and I wouldn't mind waiting, but ignoring people is how you lose business. Won't be back
