I had ordered 3 drinks, no food, and had waited 30 minutes before requesting a refund/cancellation. The girl I asked informed me that the girl handling those went to do something else and that the manager was doing something else and couldn't cancel it for some reason either. I'm not really sure what's going on with this location but I've had problems before with the manager not being able to sort issues.
