I made an online order and my cream slush was melted and my sundae was basically a melted shake. I mean when I pulled up it took them 10-15 minutes to give me my food when the online order said 8:42am it would be ready mind you I got there at 8:50 but how is everything melted if it took that long to give me my food.? Because my food was fresh but I don’t want a melted cream slush or a melted shake as a sundae
Good breakfast sandwiches
Overall, overworked and understaffed. Because of that, you have to tell them more than twice about condiments.
Order food off of Sonic app, never received order, refused a refund, blamed Doordash , teen who answered very rude, had manager on phone and again refused to make things right, never order Sonic especially from location in Itasca Texas.
