Waited 20 minutes for cold food and a Half melted blast that wasn’t even mixed. If I wanted to mix my own ice cream I’d make it at home.
Scary! Waiting in line to get a drink and the cook is cursing up a storm and he started to punch the door to the kitchen. Inappropriate behavior for work environment.
always have to wait 20 mins to get one item. last time i went, there were 4 workers not including one lady smoking a cigarette right outside the side door, somehow i waited over 25 mins just for my food to be made wrong. there’s only 2 guys that make the food correctly and actually care. everyone except them NEEDS to be retrained. worst location i’ve ever been to.
Got my burger wrong and the burrito had half an egg and 3 pieces of sausage. Edit. Employe rather go out and smoke than finish the order. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my food.
