Ordered a small shake (only). The order on my screen was about half a dozen unrelated items, totalling over $17. Not a word from the speaker. Then it changes and I see my order. Huh? Fortunately I was charged the correct amount, but how does someone else's order end up on my screen? The shake is brought out, no napkin, no spoon, no bag and there's chocolate syrup smeared on the outside of the cup. I ask for a spoon and napkin and he brings then back out.
