This restaurant needs some major training for the employees or hire new people. My husband and I sat in the drive-thru waiting for someone to take our order. We drove up to the window only to find all the staff standing around talking and on there cell phones. Once they noticed us at the window someone finally comes over and she said the headset went dead but she still had it on her head. We simple left without ordering anything.
When people pay for a milk shake that costs more than ice cream btw, we don’t want ice cream that won’t even move yall have a Machine that mixes it for you and still to lazy to do it right its pathetic over all the chocolate milk shake we ordered came back as vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup Do better.
This place is pathetic can not even get ice cream right. Ordered an Oreo blast with extra Oreos. Got charged for the extra Oreos. Had a few sprinkles of maybe 1 whole Oreo on top and that’s it! Won’t be back! $6.30 wasted!
