I ordered online, got to stall to check in. As usual app has issues, will not let me check in. I moved to a stall to call and let them know I could not check in with app, so they could just bring my food out. I was told told they took my food out to SOMEONE, well it wasn't me. I showed them where I pd online. I talked to the manager, got the feeling he thought I was lying about getting the food . I mean seriously I'm not gonna scam someone for 3 grilled cheese, PLEASE !! I placed an order on my app and it took one hour from the time I ordered to actually get my food. I tried politely ask an employee about it and she was very rude with her response. I had to get out and find the manager to get my order. I had somewhere I had to be and had already paid for my order. I would’ve been fine getting my money back but they went ahead and brought my order. My water was gross and I threw it out.
