I went through the drive thru at 1:30 today and the car in front of me was served and they handed back a drink after a moment while getting over things including a big bag of ice. I pulled up and was re-served the same drink. It looked like a straw had been inserted and removed due to the plastic turning white. I told the girl it looked like a straw had been inserted and removed and she insured me there hadn't. Re-serving food and drinks is most likely a health violation.
Stopped by to get my wife a large Lemon Berry slush. Waited ten minutes then the screen said it was on its way. ten mins after that the screen said thank you come again and I still hadn't gotten the slush waited for five more minutes before pushing the call button and when they answered they acted like they had no idea what was going on with my order and about five more minutes and out they came with it
Usually love this location however, the last few times I've gone my food is literally thrown together and put sideways in the bag... i shouldn't have to re-assmble my burger every time
