Never in my years of customer service have I ever, spoken to a customer the way these employees chose to communicate tonight in person and on the phone. The language and anger used by Crystal, Rashad, and other employees were alarming. Not only did multiple employees slam the drive-thru window on me, but they also ignored me trying to get a resolution to a price discrepancy. The the workers were more worried about playing block blast on there phone instead of making my ice cream
The night crew is horrid! Me and my mother went there to get some food and it took them thirty minutes to fix two burgers. One was only supposed to have cheese and pickle and the other just onion. They didn’t put cheese on one and forgot a whole side. When we told them, the girl said “you have to add cheese” to a CHEESEBURGER. We did a mobile order and there was no add option, only a remove.
