Ordered door dash here and got it 1 1/2 hours later after 2 dashers accepted, went and passed up after waiting in line for a half hour. We come the next day and spend 45 minutes in a line that has 5 cars in it. I don’t even know if this is just a normal sonic thing or if it’s out of ordinary at this point.
Run from store in lincoln park...their incompetent...an hour wait with ended up being 4 cars in front of me after everyone else left.
Absolutely ridiculous to be the only soul in the parking lot for lunch today and order something to get home and it be straight trash .. $26 in food and nothing was as advertised or even edible .. that burger was a part of a $12 meal and asked for it just the way it was shown in the picture and what I got looked disgusting .. Never again ! and to think i waited over 15 minutes at the window .. Lincoln park location on Dix Ave .. DISGUSTING!!!!
I waited 25 min for service we need to staff properly we like the food but someone is messing up with not having the proper staff to do the job.
