Ever since the salted caramel toffee drink came out I get it almost everyday so I know how it tastes…. This morning I got the drink it was very weak really tasted like water! Told the employee the issue she said somebody would come out and get my drink and add more syrup(instead of making new drink) no food from outside is suppose to go back in but ok…. The general manager came out and got my drink then proceeds to say we have to charge you I put two pumps of syrup in the cup lmao! I asked for a refund! MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT... read more
