My husband and I went to this location Monday night (1/19/26) at 7 pm. We pulled into a stall and pressed the button. We waited about 5 minutes, but no one ever answered. We thought maybe something was wrong with the button, so we pulled into another stall.... same thing. No one answered. We then thought that maybe something was wrong with the stall buttons. The service at this location is the worst. I was the only customer picking up an online order and they ignored me for five minutes until I had to get their attention. Then I had to wait for them to figure out how to put the order together. Nobody seems to be in charge and the training must be horrible because they were clueless.

Placed online order which you have to go to a stall for. They apparently were not doing car stall orders. Never walked the order out or answered the red button. Drive thru was empty at one point and still got no help. Went through the drive thru (it's been 20 mins at this point) and Lexi was very dismissive and said oh well no one was wearing the car stall headset, like that's an excuse
