The food was wrong. Don't understand how no one's seems to listen to request. No one responded to the initial call. I had to hit again when I had seen another car get service after pulling up after I had been there for 5 minutes. Was told by the employee that most signs are broken in some form or another when I tried to pay for food.
They get the orders wrong quite often but good when they get it right. Great onion rings and fries.
Getting tired of app/order ahead orders failing. This is about the 5th time I’ve ordered, PAID, drove across town and expected what was promised and I have to call the team inside on their phone number and they’re CLUELESS about the ordered altogether. I had to contact the credit card company twice to get a refund. But they said I’d have to wait 15 business days for order to get refunded.
