It's all good with me.
I waited 25min for a chicken wrap that I never received and the had to request a refund to my card. Everyone in the drive up received there order, I had 5 cars pull up next to me and got there order and left. There's no way one chicken wrap takes almost 30min to make. POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT
So today on 10/28/2025 I went to this Sonic like I always do to get a lemon and lime Route 44 ice water. I pull around to the window to get my water and I see a guy squeezing my lemon and lime in my cup with his bare hands. Nit only that he wiped his face and rubbed his hands on his dirty pants. Then brings my cup to the window and sit if down. Never made i contact with me. I drove off, called the manager and she tells me they have gloves on now. Are you serious.
