Smash burgers are not coming out as smash burgers any more they come out as a double burger
Just left this location. We placed a pick up order through Uber eats and I checked all the food we were missing three items. No big deal right? Wrong. We hit the call button to let them know and we were essentially told we weren’t supposed to go through the food. My Fiancée and I begin to explain that its our food and we can indeed go through our food. I usually do not have problems at this sonic, however tonight we waiting 35 minutes after ordering on the app to even get our food. I then realized that we did not have an item. Once I called they were calling me a liar and not remorseful about the mistake. Very dissatisfied tonight.
Its a sonic, food was hot, slushies were cold.
