Worst location ever apparently employees don't care about their job and neither does the owner. I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes no answer so pulled into order in parking space to order only to be told after waiting another 10 minutes to pull back into drive thru to place my order. This location definitely need a complete overhaul. I will not be returning to this location.
I ordered ice cream on the mobile app and waited over 30 minutes for only someone to come out to tell us they’re out of ice cream and could we cancel the order or come back the next day! I thought it was crazy because they waited until they were about 5 minutes before closing to come out after we waited all that time to be served. Also how am I supposed to cancel the order after I already checked in and they said a carhop was on the way!?!??
As a door dasher I do everything to avoid this location, especially at night. More than one occasion, I had to wait 20+ minutes for my orders. As I am watching the staff horse playing through the windows. When they get called out for it, they give nothing but attitude. So if you are a dasher avoid this one. You will lose money.
Good location with fast service.
