Anytime after 7pm there is a chance that after you order at the kiosk or the app the employees just won’t make it or bring it out. Just waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and never got them. I’d blame the owners tho it seems understaffed
HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE costumer service, the gentleman who was taking my order was rude and with attitude. Make me wait for 15 min (being the place totally empty) and then just request me to go through the drive-thru. Once there he took his sweet time until he opened the window, looked at me and just wait for me to ask, he then grabbed the 2 drinks and ask me to confirm the delivery (I was delivering food for a client). Love being out with the family seeing all the animals and riding the rides!
Placed an order online 10 minutes before I arrived. Then, I waited another 30 in the stall. Of course no refunds on the app once you’ve placed it. Will not be back.
