I spoke with the general manager here and he advised the worker here what to do with my transactions. Well, the supervisor Chelsea came to the window and I advised her that I needed to leave. I stayed here at this location for over 20 minutes just for her to figure out transactions. She was not polite and she was very hasty. I didn’t get what I ordered.
Whoever is incharge of training should be fired this store has dont nothing but preform terribly this past 2 weeks and the girl at the window gives alot of additude but dose a terrible job and still got the order wrong the third time of telling her
I ordered three different types of milkshakes. First order of a Medium Oreo Blast Milkshake with Caramel and Cookie Dough placed on top. Second order of a Small Vanilla shake. Third order of a Medium Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler. The only order that came out right was the Small Vanilla Milkshake. Both the Oreo Blast and the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler was wrong. They ended up mixing the Caramel and Cookie Dough into the Oreo Blast.
