Went in at 1120pm and the young lady working the window seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience to her, which was off putting at first until we got to the window and realized she was inconvenienced by her coworker yelling curse words from the back. After we got home my drink was wrong, my food was cooked in old grease, and they burnt both my wives’ wieners.
If the bathroom isn't clean it tells me all I need to know about who's making the food. This is nasty sonic should be ashamed PERIOD...sever sounds like she hates her job
I’m sorry but what is this? I asked for a large cup of ice because I’m pregnant and love Sonic’s ice… also I came an hour before closing and they looked closed already? All the lights were off same with the drive through, once I went to the window to pay, they looked like they were putting things away and cleaning up. It took 15-20 minutes for them to make a cheeseburger and some fries… I will be getting my food and ice somewhere else , this sonic sucks!😥
Every time we order from here the order is wrong, the food is luke warm at best, and the staff is beyond rude and incompetent, recently I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Burger, I received a burger on a normal bun, With no bacon, no pretzel bun in the slightest, Don't go here there's a Wendy's down the street go there.
My daughter wanted a chicken sandwich which was great! Cooked hot and fresh. I ordered the double smash burger the same time and it was the worst excuse of a burger I have ever eaten. Totally dry, it was cold enough that the cheese didn't even melt on the burger. Disappointed to say the least.
