I asked for a Boba straw Instead of a regular straw so I could drink my shake easier. The worker told me that they don’t have boba straws right now. I said yes, you do. I come here all of the time and the workers always get a boba straw. As she mumbled something under her breath she marched into sonic to run my card and what do you know? Guy taking the order seemed like he was high or something. Slurring his words, eyes barely opened. Didn't ask what size for anything, barely even spoke at the speaker. Food is burnt, chicken sandwich has maybe one half piece of bacon and then bacon bits.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I arrived at 1pm and there were maybe 4 other cars, 2 in the drive thru, 1 waiting, and 1 eating. So not busy at all. My stall did not receive a response to the call button until 12 minutes after being pushed. Total time until food and card was brought back was 24 minutes. At that point this is no longer fast food. And I should have been dining in somewhere else. Get your act together sonic.
