Found a hair in my tea, and they put tons of ice instead of tea when I didn’t ask for extra ice. I also ordered a grilled cheese and there was barely any cheese.
Our car group went to eat at this sonic Friday night and everyone ordered food and sat down to eat, we weren’t being loud or causing a disturbance and they decided to kick us out for no reason at all, one of guy was still waiting for his food as well. Very unprofessional for them to do that to paying customers and for no reason at all. We don’t recommend going to this sonic.
We showed up in a fairly large group, in multiple cars. Everyone ordered food, we obviously all got our food at different times so we had to wait. As we’re waiting one of the staff members came out and very rudely told us we had to leave. We asked “even though we are all paying customers?” and he replied yes.
