Went there after placing a mobile order, and got the wrong food. Tried calling multiple times to be hung up on, also was told the phone was dying and I could come back for my correct order then hung up on again.. before finishing my sentence, my kids had fallen asleep and was unable to go back so. I didn't get dinner tonight, and lost almost 10$ on a sandwich I never got . Super disappointing and so are the humans working...
We ordered cherry limeade’s tonight. We get home with our drinks and they taste off. Like really off. So we have to drive all the way back. They end up admitting they have no sprite so they just left it out. Then agreed to replace them … we said okay we will take some slushies instead ( for our kids ) refused to let us have a slushie because it was a $2 price difference. I would have paid but it was just ridiculous! They had terrible attitudes like it was our fault they served us bad drinks. Never had such a bad experience
We showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they told us they only service drinks. Just close earlier at that point.
