I was here about an hour ago. I pulled into a car hop spot and pressed the button. I sat there for 15 minutes, no one came across the intercom. The light eventually quit flashing so I assume someone responded on their end, but never received communication. I pressed the button again, waited at least 5 more minutes before someone made contact. Ordered a shake and some food and drinks for my kids. Food took forever to come out. Again very disappointed I will not be back for a while service is going downhill food is always cold and you're lucky if you get your order if it's in the gold to go make sure you check your bag before you go
