I saw a commercial for the new Toffee Coffee and wanted to try it. I pulled into a stall and placed a mobile order. A few minutes later a carhop walked by and asked if I had mobile order. Told her I did. It came up on the screen that someone was bringing the order out. I then watched as the carhop made 3 trips in and out to another car with nothing on the tray. Our first problem was they couldn't find my daughter's order she made and paid for online. They finally found it, got the drink wrong twice. The smasher burgers looked someone smashed them on the floor and just threw them on the bun ,the groovy fries were soggy. That's my last visit to sonic, I should have went to the taco truck
