Had ordered over the app and had to wait around 20min past the window our two small drinks were to be ready. Taste was fine but punctuality was not for pickup.
I stopped going to the Sonic in Jenks because the food was always cold. So, I tried to give them one more try. This is my first time in two years visiting this establishment. I ordered the coney meal, there had to be two tablespoons of chili, barely any cheese and my onion rings were cold. And the chili was salty! I really wish that zero stars was an option. I hate picking up DoorDash’s from this place. I refuse to order from this place. I will unassigned from orders from this place because they are just absolutely terrible at customer service. They are absolutely terrible at making sure that they are fast and friendly. The people who work there are just disgusting and rude. They do not care about the wait times they do not care that. They just don’t care they do not care.
