I’ve visited this location several times in the past. However, the last two or three times I’ve attempted to visit I’ve spent 10-20+ minutes both in a car port and in the drive through, waiting for someone to take my order. It’s never occurred and I’ve left out of frustration. They’re never any other people waiting for orders, in the car port or drive through. Not even an attempt is made.

Ordered online, checked in at restaurant. Waited 10 minutes past my order ready time, for our 2 drinks. Pressed button to see when it was coming, only to have no one answer. Had to leave and call the store, only to be told I couldn't have a refund, because I was checked in, and my order was on the lot. Then I was told it was my fault for "moving around" saying I had checked in the drive through. Which I didn't. Then I got told I'd get a refund on my card and hung up on.
