Terrible Experience: The app still lets you order slushies even when the machine is down. Sucks but what really sucks is apparently the manager here is so awful that the employees are literally scared to help customers out. Had to ask where the missing slushies where before the employee finally asked what we would like instead but it had to be price equivalent.
