"HOLY CRAP" is what the employee said when I ordered a route 44 drink lol I said what does that mean and she says "that's a lot"!! Well "HOLY CRAP" I cancelled my order. The service at this location is not "HOLY" at all and more "CRAP" lately. I love Sonic, its nostalgic, quick and tasty.... but lately it is not the same. Not sure if it is the kids you're hiring or if management has created an environment where this type of behavior is acceptable but if its not corrected soon I don't see this location being open much longer.... read more
Has to be the slowest sonic in the state not to mention the pull up buttons apparently don't work because we waited 10 minutes after pressing the flashing red button and no service
Worst place to eat the staff is clearly incompetent. DONT GO HERE. (2nd time having issues) Ordered online came to pick it up. Sat in the drive-through slot and press the button twice , you can hear the crackle of them picking up the microphone, but they never said anything both times that I press the button so i waited for like 15+ minutes finally get my food.
