The worst, consistently. This location needs better management. How do you sit in a drive up waiting for your fast food for 30 minutes because you have to pay before they bring it out?
I had a highly disappointing experience at this location due entirely to the shift manager on duty.My order was completely incorrect—I received a [wrong item] instead of the [ordered item] I paid for. When I pressed the red button to politely ask for a correction, the carhop told me they couldn't fix it without a manager. Ms brenda I believe her name was is so unprofessional she was nasty to me she talks to the employees any kind of way and everything was my this and my that she doesn’t own anything in sonic why do someone like her have a job still !!!!!
