Waited 10 minutes for them to answer the call. Waited 35 minutes after I paid by CC . Food was cold. Service was awful. Attitude was awful. No work ethic
I usually don’t even do complaints on Google reviews. I always come to this Sonic’s I never had an issue. Until tonight JUST RUDE FOR NO REASON AT ALL. From the speaker on the headset to the DRIVE THRU. If you young people don’t want to work or don’t have good customer service find an AT HOME JOB. Awfully slow. Even when there aren’t many people. 08/14 at 1pm whoever was at the drive through was absolutely rude as could be. Definitely someone that needs to be put in back of house and not customer facing. Honestly it just seems to be the norm for all sonics in the metro Jackson area.
