I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic. The lady employee was extremely unprofessional, rude, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. My order took much longer than expected(French toast sticks). This is my second encounter with her and when she’s asked a simple question, she has the most nastiest met attitude instead of basic customer service. This location sucks. The workers are all rude. We decided to give them another shot after the last experience and although they did take the order the worker wouldn’t even let us get our words out with out a “what else”. The last experience we waited in line for 20 mins drove around and watched the kids laugh at us through the window.unfortunately the location is nice and clean but not very good customer service.

They must had only a couple of people working because I sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, and still didn't get to place an order. So I bailed and went else where, so I Will NOT be going back to that place.
