Horrible customer service. We ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. After 20 minutes I decided to cut our losses and cancel our order for a refund for which I was not able to in the app. I had to go inside and ask how to do so only for the employees AND night shift manager Megan to say they had no idea how to give me my refund. Megan gave me a ton of attitude and finally had to call in their store manager Charles to give me my refund which I thought to be ridiculous and wasted even more of our tim... read more
My food was HOT, baby!! I mean HOT, HOT! Service was very friendly and professional! This was my first time to try this locationanf I *most definitely * will be a repeat customer!
Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. The sweet, little girl taking my order and also brought my food out was friendly, courteous and mannerly. She needs to smile, though. I was disappointed there wasn't a drive-up (I like to sit in my car) but overall, a good visit.
Took advantage of BOGO offer what a deal! Ordered in App online order was ready when I got there App instructed to park and record space number but no number was present got my order from drive thru courteous efficient service Thanks Sonic love your burgers
