I ordered Sonic on DoorDash. My DoorDasher waited in the drive thru for an hour. I ordered a milkshake and two sandwiches. When I received my food, my milkshake was not in the sealed bag that the ticket said it was in. Didn’t receive the main item I wanted.
I actually ordered a mobile order I put in my time for 6:20 PM I went there it was 6:14 so when 6:20 came my order still wasn't ready It was only 3 workers working and they had mad orders it was crazy We stayed in the drive through for a 1/2 an hour that is unacceptable!!!
Food tasted like cardboard and it took a long time to get our order
Had little bugs in my soda. They had the dining room closed for unknown reasons
I ordered food from here for the first time in a while. Everything was fresh and the person that brought out my food for me was really nice. I had a good customer service experience here today.
