I ordered online & when I checked in I waited about 15 minutes. Then I’m handed my shakes & they were watered down. When I asked “are they suppose to be like this” I was told they were sitting for bit!! I won’t be returning!!!

715pm We were placed on hold for someone to pretend to attempt to take my order only to turn the speaker off after them taking other orders after I arrived and activated my button. About 5 minutes later, you hear employees playing on the headset still telling me to hold on. They only started to take my order after getting upset and answered the speaker with an attitude..I no longer had an appetite to deal with that type of foolishness. To add, they weren't busy, we were the 3rd car there
This is the WORST SONIC EVER My order has never been delivered correctly even after repeating it several times The management is terrible
This store is amazing! Customer service is so pleasant. Always greeting customers with smiles
