I did not get any sauces. I selected marinara, ranch, and honey mustard sauces. I got no sauces at all. I selected sauce for everything I ordered and it is on the receipt. I got no sauces. My meal is ruined.
Whatever you do, do not order from this Sonic. Employees are rude. Manager is none-existent. When asked about an ice cream ordered online that took 30 minutes to make, the employee said, "I don't know what you want. I didn't make it!"
Routinely bad service. Today I Sat in a stall and after waiting for 15 minutes someone came over the speaker and asked me to go through the drive through instead of sitting. I said I can't sit here as a question and he told me we are backed up go to the drive through. I backed out to see a long line that wasn't there when I arrived. I didn't feel like getting pushed to the back of the line so I just left the other location by Randall's always has better service amd there is plenty of competition around here now.
Kids running the place. Drive thru takes 45 minutes. This place should shut down
