Ok so this was my first experience at a sonic. I am incredibly appalled. So for background I have worked in food service for more than 3 years, in various places. In every place I've worked there has been a way to split between cash and card. I was 85¢ short on my card so I tried to give cash first. I was told they don't do split pay. I asked for the manager bc I didn't believe him. He walked away telling and cursing. I looked it up while I was waiting and found out you can you just have to pay with your card first.
