Wasted my time for the second time.. Yesterday they took my order then cancelled it. They did comp the meal. But didn't even bring me what I ordered. Just now ordered a for long chili cheese dog Xtra onions. There was no onions. A bacon burger no sauce. The burger had sauce all over it. And 3 melted shakes. I'm over it with this location. 45 dollars to have my whole entire order wrong is wild to me. I even repeated to the last extra onions and she said yes. Extremely slow & horrible communication. I went through the drive through just to get a ten Dollar gift card for a little kids birthday party. I waited in the drive through for about twenty minutes after ordering it. I had to walk in to the area where the employees are And they told me that they can't do gift cards right now because their manager's not there. Who knows how long they would have kept me there.
I was getting an order through drive through and the lady YENNI was hard to understand and when I politely asked to repeat herself she met me with a RUDE response and zero help. I felt rushed. And unwelcome. Then when pulling to the window I was greeted VERY politely and with a smile by a very kind lady named SIERRAH. she was so amazing and such a huge help and she saved the day! And my MEAL! lol:) big props to her. Thanks sierrah!
