They have a cash only sign that they put up often, very inconvenient when people are rushing to get food during their break, also food seems hit and miss
Im pretty sure its the manager that doesn't care and is very rude and doesn't care. But the person that takes the orders gave me attitude cuz she couldn't hear me. Looking at the reviews they should be fired and start over cuz the staff do t care
No one really seems to know what’s going on at this sonic, the training needs to be better before opening a new location. And their card reader at the drive thru is down 70% of the time, pretty disappointing since this is the only sonic close to me, their drive thru speaker also sounds horrible you can’t hear anything they’re saying
Placed a mobile order. Got order confirmation at 3:39pm, says order will be ready for pickup at 3:43pm, check in at 3:43pm…. It’s now past 4:00pm and still no order. All I ordered was a single chicken tender wrap and a water. Meanwhile people are consistently going through the drive thru… I won’t be back to this location. This is a joke. I’ve never had to wait so long for 2 items.
I placed my order this evening at 7:28 PM and my food came out at 7:52 PM. Over 22 minutes for mediocre food. They couldn’t even make my slush correctly. It’s a cup of ice. See attached photo. The person running the food was a pudgey gal named Kaylee. Not professional service nor were they in any hurry to keep up with the flow for the night.
