Everytime there’s a long wait, and when I push the button to order, they never take my order and it takes too long I have to repeat the push button process over and over. I didn’t mind waiting the first 10 minutes until I saw cars beside me getting their orders left and right.
This place is horrible last week I went for dinner for my wife and myself and it took 20 mins to get our food through the drive thru line. Tonight I tried again nope this time we had to wait for over 40 mins for our food. It was two hamburgers and drinks. You could actually see the food sitting on the counter the whole time. When I got home the food was like ice. Never will I ever return to this location. The worst sonic I have ever been to.
