One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered three sides of mozzarella sticks through the app and asked for three ranch and two marinara on the side. Took a minute to get our order and after checking the bag saw we had three marinara and no ranch. My wife asked through the speaker if we could get the missing sauces and was told it would be a 25 cent charge for each one.
