Sonic is my go-to for the speed and customer service. I have a 30 minute drive to work. I placed the order to be ready at a certain time (about 5 minutes, which is normal). But instead, I showed up and waited 20 minutes, called 5 times (nobody answered), then went to the drive through. I told them why I was here and they brought the food instantly, meaning it had been ready. And the fries were cold. I wouldn't have been this upset if someone had told me it would be a while.
