I placed my order and asked for extra flavoring in my drink. I didn't see it appear on the screen as extra, so I asked the lady if she had heard me ask for it. She replies, "Yes ma'am". Well, out comes my drink, and there is no flavoring at all. This drink is all I've been able to have that soothes my throat, and I needed it today. I even left a little tip. Not nice ladies!
