People are so SLOW and RUDE! So much so that I will be complaining about this to company headquarters. Company headquarters needs to do much better with training people. I asked for the cost of a shake and was treated with the responses "what kind of shake are you wanting" and "I'm sorry what was that". Are these people ridiculous?
