I took my mom—who’s recovering from a stroke—to the movies to see The Chosen and thought we’d treat ourselves beforehand. I ordered her an unsweet iced tea and got myself a large Lemon & Cream drink. What I ended up with was a giant cup of soft serve. No lemon. No drink. Just soft serve in a cup with a lid. The service was disappointing. I DoorDash on weekends for extra money I used to be an assistant manager and several different locations so I know how things are supposed to be done there. I really don't like the location. I'm always disappointed here. I got a ice cream blast and paid for peanut butter to be added extra and didn't get it. And they picked a hole in my cup so it leaked out on to my clothes!! Plus I got fries and they gave me a half full fry box!!!
