Robert is helpful and more professional than the other Sonics. The food is always hot and the vegetables have more "crunch"/"bite" seeming to be more fresh. Good location!
We ordered a burger no bun, because of gluten sensitivity. When we got home the burger had a bun on it. I called the store and spoke with a manager that evening. Manager said that they would have the GM call me the next day. She never called. The manager who said the GM would call said they would compensate with coupons for beverages. Nothing ever arrived. Horribly slow. Left after 25 minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich and fries with a couple drinks. Never got the food and the drive thru worker was rude when asked. This location is always slow but this was the worst. Not sure if it’s the last time but I will actively avoid coming here going forward.
