So i was double charged for my drink, paid at the terminal, then was told it didn't go through. No fuss paid with the same card. It went through. Checked my account 2 charges for the same drink. The the cherry limeade wasn't good at all. I feel like sonic has fallen way off.

I had a deeply uncomfortable and embarrassing experience at this Sonic Drive-In location today. My husband and I ordered a shake and simply asked if it was possible to split the payment between two cards. Since we usually order through the app, we weren’t familiar with how it works using the call button and just needed a bit of guidance. I ordered NO ONIONS. The screen read NO ONIONS. My husband ordered onions. We get our burgers. Nothing is labeled. I get my burger. It's loaded with mayo and lettuce. I look for onions and don't see any. First bite. ONIONS. I'm allergic to raw onions. We get our burgers replaced. They come out with no labels again. We neither one can find onions.
