Messy Refund Process and Incorrect Order I ordered through the Sonic app, asked for no cheese, and they still loaded my food with cheese. On top of that, they didn’t have Coke Zero, which I had selected. I didn’t want a replacement—just a refund for the Coke Zero. They told me I’d have to call for that, and then after some back and forth, they said they processed the refund—but only afterward did they tell me it could take up to a month to show up.
