Was supper excited to try the new Big Dill Burger but they got our order wrong twice. The first time they added cheese and 3 pickles, no crispy cucumbers like the website says. After I tried to correct them they only took the cheese out but still gave me 3 pickles and no crispy cucumbers like the website mentions. We didn’t want to continue playing this game as we had been waiting for almost 30 minutes for our food but i’m quite disappointed with the service. If you’re out of an ingredient please just let the customer know.
My first time at this Sonic location, I'll tell yall this was the must fresh burgers and tots I ever had. THANKS A BUNCH 5 STARS!!!!
